Aster Market February 2016 Subscription Box Review

Aster Market is a monthly women’s subscription box featuring small-batch handmade items. Every box will feature 2 or more products from categories like home décor, jewelry, accessories, paper goods, bath products and more, with a total retail value of at least $40.

Taylor Elliott Designs Dream Big Darling Pencil Set ($6.50) I love these stamped pencil sets (all of them – they’re always colorful and stamped in great sayings). I think they’re the perfect little touch to chic desk design.  I put these right into my pencil jar.

Rachel Allene Mug ($15) This one says “throw kindness around like confetti” and I love a good mug, especially one with a metallic design.  For some reason I chose this one to hold my swatching brushes – it was so pretty that I wanted it in my office somewhere and the dark brushes really make the lettering stand out. I use mugs as organizers all over my home – they’re super cute and fun!

Girlythings73 Earrings by Stephanie Holaday (~$20 based on similar earrings I received) I love these! I’m not sure if they’re pyrite or what but they provide that awesome pyrite and/or druzy look and are super sparkly.

Written For You Love Notes Set ($19.20) I love these pretty handmade cards, especially the “you’re my person” one, which I will send to my bestie for Galentine’s Day (don’t forget to check out my Galentine’s Day boxes list!).

This was a really fun box from Aster Market and even though they didn’t really send anything I hadn’t seen before, I enjoyed all of it.  I estimated about $61 in items in this box and everything was perfect to have around for the month of love (and arrived in plenty of time for Valentine’s Day!).
