DEAL: Get $10 off your first box! Use the coupon code HS10 at checkout.

The box is packed! I’ve seen some spoilers for this box, so I was quite excited to dig in.

Everything in the box!

This is the third box in a series with Sharnie, an ICN Fitness Pro. This month’s box is themed around strength and nutrition.

The information card only includes information about the main two items in this box: A Cross Back Mesh Long Sleeve and a Bento Box. The Bento Box value is almost equal to the price of the box!

They also included a workout guide!

Sharnie reminds us to set up specific and achievable goals that really mean something to us.

This month’s workouts are gym-based and incorporate weight and resistance training. Sharnie takes time to remind us that lifting heavy weights will NOT make a woman look bulky and masculine. So go ahead and lift weights!

For those who would try to follow her workouts but are not quite sure about the techniques, you can follow her #workoutwithsharnie to have a step-by-step of each exercise.

So here’s how the workouts look like. I’m lucky to have my own gym in my basement, so some of the exercises, like the cable glute kickbacks, will be done with resistance bands instead of a specific machine.

On to the goodies!

HYPR Cross Back Mesh Long Sleeve. This long sleeve shirt is made 100% cotton, and has nice mesh accents.

It has a very nice loose fit, and it’s between a crop top and a shirt.

The back has a criss-cross pattern, but it’s not fully open so you still keep a good coverage.

It was the perfect shirt for my early morning run on a cool day.

And they have thumb holes!

Miss Bliss Bento Box. Bento boxes are such a cute and fun way to carry your food and snacks while helping you keep control of your portions.

These boxes are made with rice husks and are 100% biodegradable. Everything is heat and freezer safe and they go in the dishwasher and the microwave! They are the perfect lunch box.

You have 2 x 500ml containers, 1 lid, 2 intermediate lids (one with cutlery holders), 2 dividers, a spoon, a fork and elastic band to keep everything closed and secured.

The dividers can be moved or you can leave them out, making it easier to really adjust your meal and snacks.

You can also use only one container, the intermediate lid with cutlery insert and the top lid for smaller meal.

Both intermediate lids have an easy to pull corner.

The spoon and fork are on the smaller size, but they feel nice.

I love love love the pastel green color! It feels fresh and fun!

Sinfit Double Layer Protein Bar – Chocolate Crunch. These bars are so delicious, they taste like a candy bar!

Each bar has 100 calories and 9g of protein. It’s both chewy and crunchy, and satisfying. If they didn’t contain peanuts (someone is allergic to peanuts in the house) I would buy them all the time! They are that good.

HYPR Wear Headband. A sweat-absorbing headband.

This headband is quite elastic and stays nicely in place.

Oh My Spice – Everything Seasoning. This spice blend is low sodium, gluten-free, non-GMO, vegan, paleo, and keto-friendly.

You can add this spice blend to almost anything: plain rice, roasted veggies, eggs (I liked it on my pickled egg), grilled chicken breast. It’s really flavorful and doesn’t just taste like salt.

I was really impressed with my first Miss MuscleBox! I’m really happy I got a Bento Box, it’ll make my leftovers so much more enjoyable to eat from! I love the shirt, it’s perfect for cooler morning or evening workout, and the protein bars were simply delicious. My favorite part is probably the 4 days workout created by Sharnie to add some exercises to my gym session. This box was valued way over the price of the box.
